Welcome to
The Therapy Library
A curated library of Mental Wellness tools
What is The Therapy Library?

Over my years in practice I've seen people come to therapy with various struggles and make great improvements. Yet even though they leave feeling much better, some will return with the same symptoms.
What happens is that most of us get out of the habit of doing wellness-sustaining practices when we feel better. Simply put – feeling terrible is a powerful motivator because we want to not feel terrible any more, but when we feel good, where does the motivation come from?
The aim of The Therapy Library is to make wellness practices accessible, simple, practical, and where possible, fun, so it's easier for you to maintain your mental wellness over time.
When you join, you'll find a range of techniques that have worked for lots of people over many years, tried and tested in a real life therapy practice, by a qualified counsellor.

Claire Shannon
I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Counselling, and a Certification in the Clinical Use of Mindfulness.
I've been working in private practice for over a decade. Through my work with clients, and in my own personal experience, I have learned just how important it is to have regular practices that maintain mental wellness. Over the years, I've seen what works, and what doesn't, and I want to share that knowledge with you.
Everyone is different, and one size does not fit all. So my aim is to offer a range of practices for you to try, and see what works for you.
After that, it's up to you do it!
